What is the difference between returning something back to us and exchanging your product size?
Whatās the difference between a creating a return and a size exchange?
Return:
- You can return any product that youāre not happy with apart from those that fall under our no-return policy.
- For products that you return back to us, you can either get SHEVON DE JAZ credit (which you can use to buy stuff later) or a credit / debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order.
Exchange:
- By creating an exchange, you can exchange any product you ordered, with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under our no-exchange policy).

How can I exchange my product size?
As soon as you create a size change request, we reserve the item you want for yourself.
If the price of the item youāre exchanging has gone up, donāt worry, you wonāt have to pay extra to receive it.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a āsize changeā:

⢠Click on the āMy Accountā in the tab bar and login
⢠Click on āClick on āMy Returns / Size Changeā
⢠Click ‘Create’ and select ‘Change your size’
⢠Select the items you want to exchange
⢠Select your new size
⢠Click on ‘Proceed’
⢠Click on āCreateā and youāre done!
⢠Our courier will collect the original items in 1-2 days and deliver the items you want in exchange at the same time!

What is the return notice period?
You can request for a return within 14 days upon receipt of the order.
Please also note that:
- Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.

How do I return/exchange an item I purchased with SHEVON DE JAZ credit?
If you used SHEVON DE JAZ credit to purchase something from our website and want to return it, we just add the total amount you paid back to your credit.
Example:
if you ordered shoes for AED 100 and used credit for AED 30, you actually paid AED 70. But if the shoes do not fit and you want to have them exchanged for a different size, we will top up your credit with AED 100.

Refunds
If Iām not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return items to SHEVON DE JAZ and also ask for a refund to your credit/debit card.
Just log into your SHEVON DE JAZ Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and original tag(s) still attached.
You can choose whether you want your money refunded as SHEVON DE JAZ Credit or back to your credit/debit card and youāre done!
If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your SHEVON DE JAZ wallet which you can use it to place a new order or you can transfer the credit to your bank account by contacting us, and after sharing your bank details, then the amount should reflect in your bank account within 10 – 14 days.
